Role Overview
Metrics & Accountabilities
- Achieve consistent and demanding dispatch on time KPIs
- Maintain extremely high standards of product and customer quality metrics
- Maintain equipment to minimise production downtime
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to manage cost and support Gross Profit improvements
- Embody LEAN and safe working practices for day to day operations
Role Responsibilities
- Operate printing production equipment, including digital printers and cutters.
- Follow and organise your print schedule and workload effectively to deliver on time results.
- Arrange packing and order fulfilment for outgoing orders.
- Ensure accurate record keeping for the department; including reporting and quality standards.
- Follow stringent standards for maintaining machinery to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Proactively troubleshoot and individually resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Embody LEAN culture to continuously improve the department efficiency and innovation.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the Production studio and warehouse are maintained at an extremely high standard for cleanliness and organisation.
- Support the Head of Operations on department and company level projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
Skills, Competencies, Experience & Personal Attributes
- Digital Print Experience (desired, not required).
- Experienced with colour management and ONYX RIP a plus.
- Ability to work with new and specialist technologies, order fulfilment systems, cloud infrastructure and file management.
- Ability to work proactively, autonomously and prioritise a varied workload accordingly.
- Able to support operations; purchasing, stock control, warehouse management, R&D and projects.
- Acute attention to detail and quality.
- Motivated by a fast paced environment with KPIs.
- An inherent ability to think differently and spot new ideas/opportunities.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks and manual handling.
- Excited about interior design products and keen to be a part of a team culture.
Job Types:

Pay:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
