The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

• Prepare and bake a wide range of Chinese bread, cakes, and other Chinese baked goods
• Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
• Monitor product quality and freshness
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

• Proven experience as a Chinese Baker.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and the ability to execute recipes accurately
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Experience working in a kitchen or bakery setting
