Sales Administrator £20,000 - £25,000 pa

Our established client based in Huntingdon is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their established team.

  • You will be responsible for the growth of the trade customer accounts, generating new business through prospecting. An excellent telephonemanner with the ability to prioritise and selfmanage
  • Effectively dealing with sales enquires and establishing customer requirements.
  • Making outbound calls to potential new customers and establishing relationships.
  • Producing quotations and ensuring all relevant information is included.
  • Maintaining CRM database.
  • Processing online and over the phone payments and orders.
  • Maintaining, developing and building longterm relationships with trade customers.
  • Creating new accounts on ordering system.
  • Liaising with the Technical Team on product updates and new technologies/products.
  • Working closely within a small sales team and attending sales meetings.
  • Technical & Product training will be provided.

Skills/Attributes

  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and be able to retain information.

Experience

  • Previous experience of working as part of a team.
  • Customer facing role, including customer service
  • Use of inhouse bespoke system and Microsoft Office.
