Job Brief:
You will be working in close coordination with the company director ensuring a highly efficient service for our customers.

You should be able to handle daily operations of the company and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Experience using communication tools like Microsoft Outlook is required.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Diary management
CRM management
Job scheduling
Assigning jobs to the drivers
Ad-hoc research, e.g. of suppliers, etc.
Quoting jobs (training will be provided)
Supporting the director

You must be proficient in the following key areas:
Customer service skills
Time management skills
Organisational skills
Attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided.

Previous experience within Removal, Storage or Logisitics will be preferred.

Work Remotely

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London, Greater London
