IT Service Desk Manager - Hull - £40,000 to £45,000
As part of this role your job responsibilities will include the coordination and management of the Service Desk Team across 2 sites, when required you may be asked to assist the 1st & 2nd Line teams which would involve Hardware, Software and network troubleshootingand PC Replacement.
Along with this you will be keeping an eye on the team's KPI's and reviewing performance for each Technician whilst also developing the support team.
This role requires a clean driving license. You may also be required to work out of hours (evenings & weekends)Experience Required:
- Experience with Network (LAN/WiFi) and Servers.
- Understand basic networking and network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Selfmotivated to deliver the required results and assisting Support Teams
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Desk Team Leader/Management
The Package:
If successful our client is offering a between £40,000 to £45,000 per annum + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company contributed pension scheme.
