Public Relations - Edinburgh, United Kingdom - Adopt an Intern
Description
The main responsibilities of the role are outlined below:
- Seek opportunities for partnership, sponsorship and building business relationships with public and private organisations e.g Scotland Education, Department of Education, Scottish Enterprise, Business Gateway etc.
- Maintain business relationships with business partners
- Organise PR events (conferences, fairs etc.) and serves as the organisation's spokesperson in different events
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team
- Manage PR issues and handle organisational publicity
- Prepare and submit PR reports
Requirements:
The essential requirements for applicants are listed below:
- Proven excellence in PR related roles
- Strong communication and PR ability (oral and written)
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Creative, selfdriven and resultoriented aptitude
- Good in arranging and managing events
