We're looking for a talented and experienced People Experience Lead to join our People Operations Team.

As our People Experience Lead, your primary focus will be creating a great working environment & employer brand.

You will develop and implement initiatives that will foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture, ensure employee satisfaction, talent attraction and improve our overall employee experience.


What you'll be doing:


  • Helping us get closer to our employees, bringing forward more real time feedback through creating ways to measure and assess engagement (e.g., pulse surveys)
  • Designing approaches to communications which provide an employee voice
  • Creating proactive approaches to wellbeing in the organisation in order to drive physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Assessing the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience and being a champion for change to align with company culture.
  • Build communities and segmented talent groups in order to drive forward company initiatives in an inclusive manner ensuring we are focusing on priorities and hearing from our diverse talent pools.
  • Sponsoring and engaging employee volunteer groups (i.e. social committees, culture champions)
  • Focusing on inclusion initiatives such as (but not limited to) supporting
- women in stem, neurodiversity training, enabling teams have a voice regardless of Geographical location

  • Bringing forward ideas and tools to improve remote working.
  • Supporting and overseeing OHS initiatives in line with remit.
  • Supporting build of info repository which works at scale for onboarding, product info, company news, policy info etc
  • Investigating and supporting award opportunities such as (but not limited to) Best Places to Work

What we're looking for:


  • Relevant experience having held a similar role with directly transferable skills for 23 years minimum.
  • Previous relevant experience within HR, Marketing, UX or other relevant positions with demonstrable transferable skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, building great relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, setting priorities and managing expectations.
  • Strong accountability discipline with a proven ability to provide set a strategy, plan, bring others on the journey, measure results and execute against objectives.
  • A cando attitude, resilient, driven and a team player.
  • Humble, approachable with a strong people orientation.
