Our client is looking for an ambitious
Digital and Online Specialist who can weave their artisanal legacy into a captivating online narrative.

The Role

Innovate & Engage: Harness your creativity to narrate their brand story. Develop engaging content, from mouth-watering blogs to eye-catching animations, to ignite a robust online following.

Strategic Storytelling: Utilize disruptive digital tools to make them a household name. Think short videos, influencer collaborations, and beyond - all while staying true to their values of passion, kindness, and sustainability.

Community Building: Be the architect of their digital community, turning Glasgow's confectioner into a nationwide sensation.

Data-Driven Decisions: Manage and optimize their online presence, social media platforms, and monitor market trends to keep their strategies sharp and effective.

What they are looking for:

An ambitious individual who is keen to advance their digital career, and can see the opportunity and blank canvas this role would be.
A degree of experience in managing ecommerce platforms and social media, or who has the initiative to find solutions digitally, YouTube etc, and crack the problems.
Ability to work closely with the flat structured team in the factory, and great communication skills to help align marketing strategies with production realities. The individual would be working closely with the MD & Commercial Director who will be on hand to mentor and provide ongoing CPD. As a close team they hope to provide as much autonomy as possible, but be learning as a team as the role evolves.
An individual who can see the freedom, and potential this role for them to build their reputation too, by building a strong online community for the client and enhancing brand visibility.
