CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Location:
Aldershot

Salary:
C£24K plus bonus

Hours:
Mon - Fri8am - 5pm

Our client who are a global leader within their field are looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator, this will be a stand alone role so you will need to be able use your own initiative and work autonomously.

Purpose of the role:

This role develops and maintains effective external and internal customer relationships.

In addition to leading the Customer service activities this role will also support the Operational administration and will report directly to the Head of Operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities.

Provide outstanding customer service to build positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate, analyse and improve customer service functions to achieve company goals.
Take ownership of customer complaints, resolve these promptly to a positive conclusion.
To manage the company's Trust pilot reviews and work with our customers to resolve any issues to maintain a high trust pilot rating.
Produce reports directly from the system to measure client satisfaction levels via agreed SLAs and internal KPIs.
To collaborate with Team leaders to ensure all production KPIs are updated daily.
Work with the production departments to create work instructions / training documents.
To organise and take minutes all internal production meetings.
Manage incoming requests relating to product samples, order referrals, and sales promotions.
Protect the reputation of the business by always operating to the highest standards of compliance and customer service in line with corporate values.
Ensure any feedback ascertained from interactions with customers is effectively fed back into your line manager if required and proactively identify themes that may aid the quality and consistency of the service offered.
Any Adhoc duties.
