We have a FANTASTIC opportunity for a Care Trainer to join our training team. You will be responsible for overseeing training in a number of our homes in the Manchester/North West area.

As a Care Trainer you will support our managers to equip our colleagues with the knowledge and practical skills to deliver high quality person centred care to our residents.

You will also deliver and co-ordinate learning solutions to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

We want to be the best at what we do and want to ensure positive outcomes for all people who live in our homes.

Salary
From £23,000

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

About you
Our ideal trainer will have the following skills and values

A "Can do" attitude who is good at solving problems
You will have be experienced in Health and Social Care training
Have formal training qualification (eg. Award in Education & Training)
Confident speaker and able to deliver training at all levels
Familiar with statutory and mandatory training for care
Enthusiastic for teaching and learning
Enthusiastic with using technology and proficient IT skills
Organised and posses effective time management
Able to adapt within a fast paced and challenging environment
Able to work flexibly, under pressure and to deadlines
Able to drive, have the use of your own vehicle and flexible to travel to our homes
