JOB PURPOSE:

We're now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a maternity cover contract, from January to September 2023.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adhere to the resourcing processes to ensure consistency of approach.
Provide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to line managers.
Ensuring accurate employee records are kept via management of the ATS
Utilization of sourcing tools
Colleges, platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.
Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events.
End to end recruitment of adhoc roles assigned by the Resourcing Managers.

PERSONAL PROFILE:

Previous experience recruiting for retail roles, preferably in a luxury environment
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload to meet the needs of the business.
Excellent organisational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident to deal with people at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must be a flexible team player with a 'can do' attitude.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Adaptable
