We at GKR London work closely with some truly outstanding development and investment funds.
This job we are representing is for a developer who is focused on alternative residential development within London. They are well known within the Specialist Supported Housing sector. Their goal is to build new properties for the UK's most at-risk adults toreside in.

Our client is looking for an experienced and skilled Investment Analyst who is a strong team player and has the will and drive to help the business grow.

You will support the other analysts with all analysis and gathering of investment information.

  • 23 years of experience in real estate including development and acquisitions specifically around the residential sector
  • Strong analytical and modelling ability with Excel
  • Communication skills
  • Be organized around your deadlines
  • Be able to work well either on your own or within a unit
  • Have a strong understanding of the financial structure of deals

Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000

  • Take charge of the analysis process, including all financial modelling on any new projects.
  • Keep a keen eye on live projects and alter all models to keep them up to date with the progress of investments.
  • Build and claim ownership of new pipelines and take note of any new investment opportunities.
  • Work alongside the rest of the company with due diligence
  • Prep and present any documents for internal and external investors
  • Aid in the mapping of sites for possible new investments
