The Procurement department are responsible for processing all customer orders whilst achieving high standards of order accuracy.

Drive the success of the business


You'll be a key member of the Order Fulfilment Team within the Procurement Department responsible for high volumes of transactional orders and understanding how vendor programmes work.

You will be working with internal sales teams and external suppliers on customer orders to ensure they are processed accurately whilst obtaining the best price and providing a high level of service to the customer.

As an Order Fulfilment Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Raise purchase orders by ensuring they meet vendor requirements and price.
  • Monitoring and expediting of orders through to order acknowledgement.
  • Ensuring inbox is maintained and order queries are picked up within 2 hours and resolved within 24 hours.
  • Focus on accuracy and processing a high percentage of orders across aligned teams.
  • Manage queries relating to orders from sales teams, suppliers and vendors.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of how key vendor programmes work across all categories.

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with different personalities across the business.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain large quantities of information.
  • Ability to resolve simple queries.
