Description

Creating our gravies, you will be a key component in a business that has been in Wetherby since 1958. You will work to strict food safety and quality standards, and assist in achieving daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer expectations
We are looking for a number of Senior Operatives to join one of our night shift teams.

If you have previous food industry experience (desirable) and an eye for detail we would be very interested in speaking to you.

The Senior Operative reports into the Line Coordinator and has responsibility for enabling production on time and in full. Ensuring that health and safety and food safety is prioritised.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

Ensure the line is being safely operated at all times as detailed in the Companies Health and Safety policy.
Maintain the defined GMP standard.
Take direction from your Line Coordinator to ensure planned production output of each product is achieved
Ensure output from your shift meets the defined customer quality standards
Ensure the line is left in a clean condition at the end of shift.
