An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator / accounts assistant.

This position is temp to perm and hours of work are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

The main duties of the role include:

  • General administration duties
  • Supporting the office
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Previous experience within an administrative / accounting assistant role
  • Be fully computer literate
  • Have experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
  • Previous book keeping experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience using Sage would be preferred, but not essential
  • We are looking for a personable individual with a vibrant and bubbly personality, who is willing to work hard to achieve good results
