We are seeking a Team Leader for our mental health supported living service's in Medway.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual to work with a small established and experienced team supporting adults who struggle with their mental health.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise appropriately with external professionals and the tenant's close support network.

You will be responsible for all aspect of the service; being fully aware of all matters associated with the physical and mental health, welfare, safety and wellbeing of each person supported.

We have 3 mental health supported living services across Medway, providing support to 19 adults across 3 services both male and female, who have a primary mental health diagnosis.

Most placements are referred to us via Medway social adult mental health team. The Team Leader will be supported by team of experienced support workers.

The Team Leader will be accountable to a Service Manager who oversees the mental heath supported living services across Maidstone, Gravesend & Medway.

Hours:39 hours per week
