Description

Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting an interim Finance Director for around six months, (inside IR35), for a rapidly expanding, global business with offices in Brighton, East Sussex.

The role offers free onsite parking with two days per week remote working.

This successful global c£100m revenue business requires a "hands on" technical and commercial FD to manage the team and work with the wider business on the commercial aspects of the company.

Main areas of responsibility include:

Act as a key business partner to the CEO and wider Senior Leadership Team, ensuring financial data is at the key of strategic decision making
Develop financial business plans and forecasts in collaboration with Senior Leadership Team
Ensure best practice Financial Planning and Analysis for the business processes and systems
Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting
Deliver monthly board packs including analysis providing the board with insight into performance trends, issues and opportunities
Develop the KPI suite to ensure the board has full visibility of key business drivers in order that the business can deliver predictable growth
Communicating financial matters and business strategy with clarity and transparency both internally and externally to stakeholders
Ownership of the annual budget and financial planning
Oversee all transactions and processing systems, establishing a solid financial foundation with appropriate systems
