Digital Account Manager with a creative marketing agency
The Digital Account Manager will join a creatively inspired agency based in the heart of Clifton Village in Bristol


As the Digital Account Manager, you will join a team of digital professionals, collaboratively covering a range of digital services.

You will be responsible for delivering projects in collaboration with the wider team, across a range of clients and channels.

As well as mentoring and inspiring younger team members, meeting client requirements and developing marketing and digital strategy plans.

What else will you do?

  • Build and strengthen client relationships
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Ensure KPIs and client requirements are met
  • Regularly attend client meetings
  • Create progress reports
  • Project management
  • Develop strategic marketing plans with the team
  • Use CMS systems
  • Help with general office management
  • Implement marketing campaigns
  • Administer staff members daily

What do you need?

  • At least 2 years' industry experience
  • Ability to multitask
- eCommerce experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Familiar with Content Management Systems
  • Familiar with SEO
