Description
Enviraz is a well-established and reputable company that provides asbestos removal, surveying, and management services across the UK.

We are looking for a credit controller to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service and financial performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Raise and issue customer invoices.
  • Control and manage the customer accounts, ensuring all collections are made in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate arrangements and appropriate payment plans and monitor to ensure these are adhered to.
  • Instruct legal recovery action where necessary.
  • Daily recording of bank receipts to the ledger.
  • Resolve any payment allocation issues with customers in a timely manner.
  • Weekly Aged debt reporting to Director & Financial Controller.
  • Update cash flow report daily to reflect customer receipts / remittances.
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with adhoc duties as required
  • Undertake administrative duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in credit control or a similar role
  • A good understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
