Description
Enviraz is a well-established and reputable company that provides asbestos removal, surveying, and management services across the UK.We are looking for a credit controller to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Raise and issue customer invoices.
- Control and manage the customer accounts, ensuring all collections are made in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Negotiate arrangements and appropriate payment plans and monitor to ensure these are adhered to.
- Instruct legal recovery action where necessary.
- Daily recording of bank receipts to the ledger.
- Resolve any payment allocation issues with customers in a timely manner.
- Weekly Aged debt reporting to Director & Financial Controller.
- Update cash flow report daily to reflect customer receipts / remittances.
- Supporting the Financial Controller with adhoc duties as required
- Undertake administrative duties as required.
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar role
- A good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
