Site Agent/Project Manager

DGA - SAC

Venn Group are recruiting for a Site Agent/Project Manager to work within a leading infrastructure company on major schemes in Coventry/Northampton on a long term basis.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing project from client facing role
Monitor and document progress of contractors
Look at health and safety files
Act as intermediary between client and contractor
Work involves earthworks, infrastructure, drainage, groundworks, road and rail
CSCS
HND / Degree
Strong experience in civils, groundworks, infrastructure works
Must be a good communicator, proactive, forward thinking and be able to push the project forward
