Delivery Driver (Class2)


Our client has emerged over recent years as one of the country's leading suppliers of high quality turf to both professional and domestic customer base.


  • Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods and reporting defects through the appropriate system
  • Load products onto lorries according to the company's specification
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customer and head office
  • Unload goods as per customer specifications
  • Adhere to driver handbook and all associated policies
  • Adhere to all EU driver hours regulations including Driver Tacho cards
Skills and Qualification

  • Valid Class 2 multidrop driving license
  • Minimum 1 years' experience as delivery driver
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass company driving test, criminal background check and drugs test
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£38,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)

- driving: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License (preferred)
