JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Purpose:
To deliver a high-quality service that manages all admissions and marketing activity.
As part of the _information management team_, to contribute to a high-quality support service to the school staff and community.
Reports to:
School Business Manager (via Team Leader
Key Accountabilities:

Admissions and Marketing_
- Maintain an accurate school register and roll, processing all information regarding joining and leaving students.
- Work with Admissions Team at Croydon Council to ensure all Year 7 and in-year admissions are managed effectively to support effective transition into the school.
- Coordinate a programme of Open Mornings / Evening for Year 7 recruitment, ensuring all dates and promotional material are prepared and advertised in a timely manner.
- Ensure all in-year admissions are processed in a timely manner to provide timetable and starting information to Faculty Heads.
- To maintain the school's external communications: website, text, twitter.
- Work with the HR Administrator to ensure all Application Packs and adverts are placed appropriately for staff recruitment.

Administration_
To carry out appropriate administrative tasks as directed by the _School Business Manager, _working as a team to ensure IMT fulfils all the work required, including:
- Coordination of parents' evenings
- Maintenance of all SIMs records on staff and students
- Processing of all student reports
- Management of all student records
- Maintenance of all curriculum documents
