Description

Integrated Building Solutions are looking for a experienced and competent multi trade operative to work with our team to carry out various maintenance and building work in and around Manchester for a variety of clients.

The right Maintenance/multi trade engineer to have at least 3 years experience working within the maintenance/multi trade industry, and will be required to carry out the installation and maintenance of the following:

  • Joinery (hanging doors, replacing skirts/arcs, laying flooring)
  • Plumbing (gutters, sinks/baths/showers, toilets, radiators)
  • Tiling (replacing bath/shower areas entirely, tile replacement)
  • Plastering a wall and ceilings inc decorating.
  • Be able to deal with all aspects of day to day repairs, scheduled maintenance and refurbishments on private properties.


Applicant to have previously worked in a similar role as you will need to organise your workload in a fast paced environment, travel to site, carry out property inspections, resolve issues, make repairs as necessary and report back to the office with clear understanding.

Must be able to work alone or part of a team, be polite and presentable.

A company van will be supplied for work use along with expenses paid i.e. Fuel, Parking, Phone Bill.

A company uniform will also be provided along with associated PPE.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£30,000.00 per year
