Up to £23,000 per annum (Permanent):
Bristol:
Conrad Connect are currently seeking a full-time Help-desk Operator to join a construction company on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Help-desk Manager, you will hold responsibilities in operating the FM Help-desk where you will be required to take calls and log them appropriately onto a CAFM System.
Your main responsibilities:
- Issue tasks to site teams/mobile engineers and monitor each task through to completion.
- Provide administration support to the projects and local FM team.
- Provide quotes to our clients for extra works and raising purchase order to our subcontractors.
- Provide information and take bookings from internal and external customers for sports and room facilities.
What you will need:
- Exceptional customerfacing skills
- IT Literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of Concept Evolution (desirable not essential)
