Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule daytoday Transport and Logistics movements for costeffectiveness and compliance.
- Manage driver and vehicle availability, ensuring a professional service for clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Maintain open communication with transport teams, temporary staff, and senior team members daily.
- Participate in an oncall rota for ad hoc and emergency travel, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Update daily travel schedules, report on travel costs, and manage client charges in our inhouse systems.
- Coordinate with thirdparty suppliers for additional travel requirements and service needs.
- Arrange costeffective travel arrangements, including coach hire, private taxi hire, public transport, air travel, and accommodation.
- Assist with field operations, including largescale staff checkins.
- Contribute to the maintenance of safety, compliance reporting, and overall logístical efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft 36
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Logical problemsolving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Effective communicator at all levels.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Geographical knowledge is an advantage.
- Capability to hybrid work between a remote location and head office.
- Over 25 years old with a full driving licence for fleet insurance.
- Right to work and reside in the UK.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial procedures.
