Description

Metalisare working with a
specialist controls service provider in recruiting a
Programme / Projects Manager. You will be a time served
Contracts Manager who will play an integral part in delivering on customers visions and requirements.

This is an office-based role paying
up to £50,000for the right skillset. You will be involved in a variety of projects across sectors including
Aerospace, MOD, Nuclear, Medical, and more. Reporting directly to the Engineering Director you will be a senior member of the team.

Role Duties:

Regular contact with clients.
Following up on incoming leads including qualifying design briefs.
Managing SubCon & Direct Engineering Teams.
Managing bespoke Cradle to Grave projects.
Report writing: Financial, Operational, Progress etc.
Managing KPI's.
Developing a high performing team. Mentoring & delivering Training & Development.
Independent working in office and remotely.
Self Learning & Development courses
Feasibility & profitability studies.
Estimating and Creation of BOMs.

About You:

A qualification within Engineering or Manufacturing (Or equivalent)
Demonstratable experience within a Project Manager role.
Able to read engineering drawings.
Able to manage multiple projects in one go.
Detailed, Organised, Methodical.
Able to deliver clear, concise and on occasions difficult messages.
Knowledge of PCBs & Wiring racks.
Knowledge of UtilBoard & Altium.
Previous work experience within Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Defence.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement techniques.
