We are also on the lookout for Recruiters to join our Ribble Recruitment division to concentrate on the local businesses in the area.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective targets.

Requirements:


  • While recruitment experience is desirable, it is not essential. We welcome individuals with a strong sales background looking to transition into the recruitment field.
  • Sales experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly motivated and goaloriented.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
