We are also on the lookout for Recruiters to join our Ribble Recruitment division to concentrate on the local businesses in the area.

- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
Requirements:
- While recruitment experience is desirable, it is not essential. We welcome individuals with a strong sales background looking to transition into the recruitment field.
- Sales experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated and goaloriented.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
