Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the social media strategy for the events and exhibitions business
- Create engaging and creative content for the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze data from the company's social media platforms to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage the company's online presence to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor and respond to customer queries, comments, and complaints
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective campaigns
- Develop and manage budgets for social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with industry trends and news
Technical Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in social media management
- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to create engaging content
- Good understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and creative problemsolving skills
