£60,000

Hampshire

A competitive salary of £60,000, Company Bonus, Car / Car Allowance, 33 Days Holiday, Healthcare, Pension (matched to 7%) is on offer for a Project Manager
(HVAC) local to the Hampshire area.

You will as a Project Manager be managing projects from the value of
£75,000 - £500,000. (Healthcare / Medical Predominately. - Do you have an Engineering Qualification??

HVAC Projects which will range from installing split AC & VRF systems to a typical X-Ray Room to larger AC systems and associated chilled water which will include domestic services and controls.

Responsibilities / Overview:

Managing the project, owning it delivering on time and budget.
Planning the project / reviewing
Monitor Health & Safety of allocated staff and Sub-Contractors, ensuring compliance with all legislation and contract requirements
Procurement
Planning Labour
Liaising with the client
Customer Relationships
Monitoring Costs
Office Based (Hampshire), Occasional Site Visits

Y
ou will need Proven Project Manger experience within the HVAC / M&E Sector
