We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Support existing customers requiring repair work, and organise relevant Engineers and subcontractors;
  • Problemsolve and provide best solutions for individual customer issues;
  • Manage customers and their expectation, proactively providing clear effective communication regarding installation and repair progress;
  • Support Technical Service Managers with customer technical installation queries;
  • Proactively work with other business areas to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed effectively;
  • Exhibit firstclass customer service and drive organisational excellence;
  • Work within SLA's, and to company procedures.

Operations Coordinator requirements

  • At least 2 years experience within operations, installations, technical support or similar customer service role;
  • Exceptional customer service skills, phone etiquette and work ethic;
  • Accomplished multitasking, problemsolving and organisation skills;
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
