Working with the Night Manager this role will be:

Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, with a personalized approach.
Sharing your knowledge of the facilities and services, events offered by the hotel and the surrounding area.
Competent in taking Reservations, up selling where possible to maximize on average room rates.
Patrolling all areas of the hotel on a regular basis to make a report of any fire or H&S hazards or maintenance.
Completing Audits checking charges, reconciling and balancing revenues generated as per night audit checklist.
Ensures all areas public areas are cleaned.
Supporting the early rises with breakfast and check outs.
