Serving a wide range of Clients in a fast-paced market, they are actively seeking an exceptional Business Support Executive to join their esteemed team.

Key responsibilities for the Business Support Executive

  • Follow up on marketing initiatives to secure new business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings or phone calls between prospective clients and our commercial team.
  • Ensure the accurate and comprehensive maintenance of the Dynamics CRM system.
  • Update and enhance our company's Dynamics database with relevant client information and activities.
  • Collaborate with and provide support to CYFOR's Quality Team in achieving accreditation and certification in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a consistently professional demeanour and appearance at all times.

The Successful Applicant:


  • An exceptionally driven individual with a strong focus on meeting KPIs and possessing a hunter mentality
  • A highly organised, proactive, and selfreliant individual.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilising the Dynamics CRM system to effectively identify and target specific prospects.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills to efficiently carry out job responsibilities.
  • Exemplary attention to detail.

What's on Offer:


  • Competitive salary range of £22,000 £28,000 (dependant on experience)
  • Convenient onsite parking


  • Monday

  • Friday (no weekends)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increased each year up to 30 days)
