The Role


As the Website Content Manger, you will work as part of a small but busy web team to ensure that their website is on brand and showcases the quality of their work.


Using insights and date at the core, you will work with colleagues to define objectives, design user journeys and create content.

Always ensuring the website leads the way in expressing brand, values and TOV.


You will enjoy working on a project-basis, managing small and large projects designed to engage with a wide variety of audiences.

Responsibilities - Website Content Manager

  • Responsible for managing a wide range of projects from small BAU changes to more comprehensive content redesign.
  • Manage and deliver web projects from inception to evaluation, working with the team to agree objectives, design datedriven solutions, implement changes and fully evaluate impact.
  • Continuously iterate and improve global website and cross platform user journeys, based on user needs and priorities as well as platform analytics.
  • Use wireframes and mockups to present, and achieve buyin for, recommended changes,
  • Work with the team to write compelling website copy that drives action and behaviour change in our audience.
  • Maintain and implement SEO strategy.
Requirements - Website Content Manager

  • At least 3 years hands on experience using CMS systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, with the ability to analyse data, be data driven.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write strong copy and content, paying close attention to detail.
  • Experience in working in a global organisation.
  • Experienced in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of brand and it's guidelines.
  • Experience of creating seamless crossplatform user journeys.
  • Experience of developing and delivering SEO strategies.
Salary

Up to £37,000
