Description

The post holder will be accountable to the Service Manager, Operations Quality, providing business management, administrative and operational support to the Operations Quality Team which incorporates the Training, Audit, and Concerns teams within the Trust's EMS Coordination Centres.


The post holder will be required to work closely with staff and teams within the Operations Directorate and across the Trust to ensure delivery of team objectives and targets.


The post holder will be responsible for accurate preparation of high standard written materials including compliance and data reports, and maintaining records which will include handling sensitive and confidential staff and patient data and information.

The post holder will act as the first point of contact for all methods of communication with Operations Quality and will coordinate work on the direction of the Service Manager.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
