Frasers Group currently have an opportunity for an Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join our growing digital team in London/Shirebrook on a Placement Year.

You will work within the Ecommerce Trading Team to drive sales, online merchandising, workflow management and improve the speed to market of new product on an established website.

Job Description:


The Role:


  • Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time and working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on site
  • Prioritising the workflow of new product setup with key internal and external contacts
  • Reporting on eCommerce trade
- highlighting key information to the Trading Specialist and Manager.

  • Maintaining strong brand relationships ensuring strong understanding of seasonal priorities and launches
  • Optimising site navigation, customer journey and product placement to drive online sales
  • Maintaining and updating all documentation regarding product information and attributes
  • Prioritising workflow in reaction to communications of upcoming trading and product promotions both internally and externally.
  • Supporting eCommerce Trading teams in delivering seasonal promotion and price amendments across the website, in line with company trading calendar
  • Optimising site and customer journey during daily site walks and data analysis
  • Analysing best sellers and stock levels in reaction to trade performance and upcoming promotional activity to optimise online sales.
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the online trading team and be prepared to go the extra mile.
  • Managing key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.

Qualifications:


Essential Skills:


  • Studying towards an Ecommerce/Marketing/Business related Degree
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and organise own workload
  • Advanced Excel skills preferable
