CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics
Birmingham, West Midlands

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join our team, working remotely on a permanent basis.

In return, you will receive a competitive starting salary of £34,373 - £36,371 per annum depending on experience.

As our CRM Manager will be responsible for our business systems, ensuring they remain operational, maintained and developed in order to deliver against our organisational goals.

The role will work predominantly with the Microsoft Dynamics system implementedwithin the Business Development department of the organisation.

There will be significant focus on delivering accurate reporting for customer insights, data security and ensuring best practice is adopted by all users.

From time to time, you may also be asked to support the wider organisation, working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM used by Campaigns, Communications and Operations teams.

The role will also manage various tasks and projects relating to the information anddata held by the organisation.

Key responsibilities of our CRM Manager will include:

  • Managing the delivery, update and maintenance of the CRM systems
  • Developing the systems to ensure constant evolvement in line with business requirements
  • Building and maintaining live dashboards and setting up business intelligence reporting
  • Managing data and information to ensure integrity and security
