This post provides an excellent opportunity for exposure to a large number of general surgery cases as well as sub-speciality practice in Colorectal surgery.

Depending on the level of experience of the candidate the role can accommodate the opportunity to be involved in major complex surgeries.

The successful candidate will participate in the standard work of the unit, including commitment to the general surgery on call rota in line with other middle grade doctors on the general surgical unit.
