Business Operations Assistant (Placement year)


This is an exciting role working across our business operations in order to gain wide-ranging work experience in a busy and dynamic environment.

It supports our Client Services, Compliance and Customer Service teams in day-to day administration and customer contact, and reports into the Client Services Director.

Full training will be provided.


Supporting the Compliance Manager involves keeping records and logs up-to-date and supporting administration of new starters into the business, as well as being trained on compliance call monitoring.

Supporting the Customer Services Manager involves assisting with in-life communications and contract amends, as well as managing delivery issues.


Business Operations Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update training logs and various registers
  • Assist with new starter administration requirements
  • Responding to inlife queries and contract amend requests
  • Follow up, log and coordinate delivery issues with customers and suppliers
  • Creating Vehicle Orders from internal systems
  • Processing identification & finance paperwork
  • Creating Welcome Letters & Driver Letters from internal systems
  • Processing delivery paperwork packs

Business Operations Assistant Requirements:


  • Good written skills
  • A clear, confident, and articulate telephone manner
  • Attention to detail, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastmoving environment
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • You will be confident with a positive approach
  • You'll be studying for a business studies or similar degree
