Job Introduction

We are recruiting Guest Service Ambassador to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Nine Elms.
You will be part of an exciting new Rapport team that supports our client:

who provides luxury living to their residents in a stunning ultra-modern tower, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.


This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building.

You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.


_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day). You will be working on a shift rota basis from Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 10 PM._

Main responsibilities

  • Providing an exceptional welcome to customers to the building.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of daytoday operation
  • Creating positive and lasting relationships with all my residents and clients
  • Improving customer engagement in all areas
  • Acting on residents' requests and anticipate their needs
  • Maintaining high standards so that customer's expectations are consistently exceeded

  • Have a positive, outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Be proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail and ambition to learn and grow
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Ideally, have previous customer service experience in a fivestar hotel, corporate, or luxury residential setting
