Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our nursing home team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and selfcare techniques
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Skills:

• Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Excellent clinical assessment skills to identify changes in patient conditions
• Ability to provide compassionate and patientcentered care
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare team members and educate patients
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation of patient information
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [state]
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
