Description
Reporting to the relevant Team Leader, the successful

  • Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered too at all times
  • Working as part of a team and/or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that the product is manufactured to the expected standard
  • Loading of mild steel components into jigs and fixtures using clamps to hold parts into place
  • Manually operate robot(s) making basic corrections
  • Visual inspection of parts
  • Ability to work and maintain proven run times
  • Maintaining a high standard of house keeping
  • Maintain quality control throughout all areas of production
  • Robotic welder applicants must be skilled with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work shifts, when and as required (Nights and/or weekends available)
  • Have high levels of attention to detail and the ability to work to production deadlines
  • Be action oriented and drive results
  • Be able to plan and align work
  • Demonstrate selfawareness in areas such as H&S, quality, and efficiency
  • Be resourceful
  • Work well within a team
  • Excellent Time & Attendance
  • Good work ethic
  • Be able to read and understand engineering drawings
Desirable skills

  • Knowledge of programme setting
  • Welding experience
  • Crane licence
  • Be able to provide formal training on Robotic arc welding
