- 'Working at Paint Pots, has provided me with the opportunity to work in a unique and very special Montessori environment. The thing that makes working at Paint Pots so special is feeling like you are being welcomed into the family. A key principle at Paint Pots is not only recognising that each child is unique. It goes much further than that. Every adult and family is unique as well. Paint Pots has an amazing ability to bring together teachers with different strengths and experiences, and use that to allow every teacher to reach their full potential. Paint Pots has always supported me, and there is always someone at the end of a phone or a dog walk away to give advice, support and encouragement when needed. The opportunities which lie within the schools are amazing and it is a privilege to say that I work for such a reputable school.'_
