You will need:
To be physically fit, calm, patient, understanding and caring. To have good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. To be reliable and trustworthy. To have a good sense of humour. To have good communication skills.

To be a car owner/driver, and have experience in supporting young people with a learning disability and challenging behaviour, either in a formal setting, in the community or from personal experiences.
