Position:
Senior Gardener - Kin House

Responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the garden and grounds, working with a team on all aspects of planning, purchasing, planting, and maintenance.
• Coordination of the delivery of plants and features to the grounds.
• Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, including watering, weeding, pruning, and general upkeep of lawns and hedging.
• Collaborate with our staff to ensure the garden and grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist our maintenance and garden team during winter, helping with both soft and hard landscaping.
• Hard landscaping could include helping in the construction and or repair of

- steps, walkways and paths, fencing, brick, and stone walling, laying of sub-base, laying of patio and drainage systems, turfing, movement of construction materials around the outdoor space. No previous experience will be needed but a willingness to learn will be essential.

• Adhering to health and safety protocols.
• There will need to be adaptability. You may be required to move/set up furniture and displays or help with other exciting departmental undertakings, this could be when there is a wedding or other events in progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role

Package:

• Salary £24,000.00
• Holiday allowance of 20days (plus bank holidays)

Hours:

• 45 hours over 5 days inclusive of weekends
