Hours

  • 42.5 hours between 7:30am to 4.30pm Monday Friday

Responsibilities:


  • To ensure effective audit of checkin and damage check of vehicles arriving at the depot, and interdepot movements
  • To carry out the depot checkin and fault/damage inspection of vehicles with ancillary equipment. e.g. tail lifts, etc. Report any faults or damage to management for review by the workshop
  • Ensure that high standards of all vehicles going on hire are maintained via regular spot checks
  • Be aware of the status of all vehicles and maintain high quality record keeping
  • Check all vehicles going out on rent to match the specification and items that have been requested

Qualifications:


  • Full UK/ EU Driving licence
  • Beneficial to have a current UK CE or C Driving Licence (formerly Class 1 & 2) maximum of 6 points
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and telephone skills
