Are you a Junior accountant looking to start your career with a practice, or you've already spent some time within a practice setting and are ready to move on to a new challenge?

We have an opportunity to join our established client based in Hull City Centre as an Accounts Junior.


The Role

  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Bookkeeping
  • Income/ Corporation Tax
  • Learning to use accountancy software (Xero & Sage)
  • Supporting the accountants with auditing
  • Preparation of client reports
You will have completed your A Levels, and have a minimum of 12months experience within a practice. The role offers a competitive salary, and study package for AAT & ACCA qualifications


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
