Park Life Cafés and Resorts located on the outskirts of the village of Danby, Danby Lodge National Park is at the very heart of the beautiful North York Moors offering a great place to work due to its scenic locations and is extremely popular with the local community and visitors.

We are seeking an experienced
Café
Supervisor to join our operation
. You will report directly to the site General Manager and deliver the Life Cafes vision.

We operate in venues across the UK, so there is also plenty of room for development and progression within the company.

You must be experienced in both front of house and kitchen operations, with the ability to work in both areas.

There is no public transport to site, therefore own transport is required.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Café Supervisor your duties will include:

Preparing and serving hot & cold beverages, including specialty coffee. You need to be barista trained, ideally with latte art skills.
Supervising the team, delegating duties, ensuring H&S and customer service standards are followed at all times.
Assisting with customer queries and feedback.
Key holder duties opening and closing of the café.
Café customer service warm & friendly hospitality to the guests, till operation, table service.
General café upkeeping clearing tables, making sure the café is clean and hygienic, restocking
Other catering & function tasks.

You will be positive, energetic and professional and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure our guests receive outstanding, consistent hospitality throughout their visit.

You will have leadership qualities and an interest in people development.

As a supervisor, you will be prepared to support and develop your fellow team members, assist them with training and customer service.

You will deliver excellent customer service and food hygiene standards. You must be an individual that understands our community values and can consistently deliver a high-quality food and drink.
