Calling all professional and passionate Talent Acquisition Consultant with experience setting up recruitment systems and managing in-house functions

  • Bell Cornwall Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join a Health and Wellbeing Provider, with fantastic flexibility and work culture. _

The key responsibilities of this role:

  • Set up the entire in-house recruitment function for the company, creating a centralised, effective and professional internal recruitment process.
  • Working collaboratively with the company department heads to structure, train and implement recruitment functions
  • Creating advertising on social media, building company image, building talent pools, ensuring interview standards are met and reporting on recruitment KPI's
  • Working with the HR team to provide seamless onboarding and new starter packs, training and team cooperation

The ideal Talent Acquisition Consultant would:

  • Be experienced setting up Recruitment systems, rolling out the function and training stakeholders/employees on processes
  • Be successful within the Recruitment industry with end to end experience (essential)
  • Be happy with a 12 month FTC, working 3 days a week and travel to quarterly recruitment/job fairs
