Responsible Business Team Assistant:

The Responsible Business Team Assistant will provide support to the Responsible Business Team, including the
Director of Responsible Business, the Head of Social Impact, the Senior Community Investment Advisor and the
Community Investment Advisor, and the Pro Bono Senior Associate.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the work of the Responsible Business team, including pro bono and community investment.
  • Providing general administrative support for Responsible Business Team meetings and initiatives.
  • Assisting with the organisation and promotion of Responsible Business Team events.
  • Assisting with the drafting and design of Responsible Business Team communications, both internal and
external, including helping to update relevant Hive (intranet) pages and/or microsites.

  • Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of Responsible Business Team initiatives through data and
feedback collection.

  • Supporting the team with award submissions, benchmarking indices and directory entries.
  • Supporting the team with financial administration, including making and monitoring payments and helping
to keep relevant budget spreadsheets up to date.

  • Assisting with administration and coordination of volunteering and pro bono projects.
  • Monitoring team inboxes and calendars, responding to cold calls and enquiries
  • Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
Standards and Regulations, and Principles.


Qualifications and Experience

  • A demonstrated interest in social and community investment through previous employment or personal
projects.

  • Experience of administration and project support.
