Property Compliance officer required for a large housing provider in the Leicester area.


Purpose of the role:


To effectively coordinate programmes of landlord health & safety compliance in relation to fire safety, to be responsible for the provision of effective and knowledgeable administrative support to the compliance team to ensure advance adhere to all statutory and regulatory landlord health & safety compliance areas in fire safety.

Ensuring completion targets are met and in line with service level agreement.

This role will be predominantly based around fire safety but you may also be responsible for assisting with landlords health & safety in Gas, Asbestos, Electrical, Legionella, and Lifts and Hoists.

35 hours a week
Flexible working arrangements
Inside IR35
Initial two month contract with likely extension
£15-£19 an hour
